Join us on Saturday, January 25th and Sunday, January 26th 2020 to celebrate the music and accomplishments of our students in their first formal performances of the school year!
SIGNUP DEADLINE: JANUARY 17TH 2020
As we will now need two days to accommodate our private students, the performances will take place this session at Scarboro United Church in several separate performances throughout the day. Scarboro Church is used widely throughout Calgary’s music community as it has a lovely performance space and grand piano for us to enjoy.
Please note that the performance time signup is for Instrumental Students Only.
If you are in Crescendo Kids, or Tutti String Program you can see clearly which performance you will be scheduled in with your group. If you are performing as a soloist as well as in your group you must signup for your solo performance through the form.
Before you sign up as an instrumental student below, a few things to consider…
- Please ensure that you have double checked all spelling and confirmed your performance selection details with your instructor before signing up, as the information entered on your signup form will be what is printed on the performance program.
- Please check the dropdown menu below each performance time to see what performances your instructor is scheduled to attend. Students are welcome to signup for any of the scheduled concerts throughout the day, but please know that your teacher may not be available to listen/attend if you signup for a performance that they are not scheduled for.
- Vocalists and Orchestral Instruments: If you require a piano accompanist, you must upload a pdf. of your score with your submission in order to have a performance slot held.
- Once you have completed your signup, you can consider yourself booked! You will receive a confirmation email with your specific concert time, then all other information will be sent out to everyone through general email. In the event that a performance gets quickly overbooked you will be contacted directly to make alternative arrangements, otherwise there is not need to follow up or confirm further.
Students performances are such a positive and rewarding experience an we look so forward to another fun day of making music with you all.
We have been hearing such beautiful music throughout the studio all year and we know the students have progressed so much. We can’t wait to hear all of you and celebrate our students and teachers after another year of growth, development, and the joy of making music!
